Video Gaming

On July 13, 2009, the state of Illinois enacted the Video Gaming Act that legalized the use of Video Gaming Terminals in liquor licensed establishments including bars, restaurants, truck stops, and certain fraternal and veterans organizations.

Under the Act, the Illinois Gaming Board will have jurisdiction over all gaming operations. The Board will have all powers necessary to execute and enforce the provisions of the Act.
